Who is Eligible? Â
This program is for individuals or businesses whose vehicles were damaged or totaled due to Hurricane Helene in the designated areas of North Carolina (starting September 25, 2024). To qualify, you’ll need to provide proof of the damage through your insurance company. Geographic eligibility can be confirmed on the FEMA website.
What is Offered? Â
– Special Vehicle Pricing: Eligible customers can purchase a new Nissan vehicle at employee pricing (A-Plan), in addition to any available bonus cash and other incentives.
– Special Financing: Vehicles may also qualify for special financing rates through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC).

Check the latest Nissan Admin Guide or speak with your local Nissan dealer to see which vehicles qualify.
What You’ll Need to Provide:
- Valid driver’s license
- Insurance card showing vehicle ownership
- Proof of insurance claim (including date, location, and cause of the damage)
How to Participate:
- Go to McNeill Nissan dealer in North Carolina with the required documents.
- If you don’t have a VPP (Vehicle Purchase Program) Claim ID, the dealer can help you generate one.
- The dealer will assist in submitting your claim and necessary documents.
