The Ariya is still relatively new to the US so we’re not expecting any major overhauls. Just a few strategic tweaks that could potentially increase the Ariya’s range, along with some internal tech upgrades and more options for exterior colors and finishes.
You’ll have a few trim options to choose from, each switching up the performance a bit. The base model for the Ariya will be powered by a 63 kWh battery and a 160 kW electric motor. This will give you roughly a 250-mile range, which is fantastic for a week full of trips around the city.
You’ll also have the choice of a larger 87 kWh battery with a 178 kW motor. This pushes up the Ariya’s range to roughly 330 miles on a single charge.
Finally, the highest-end Ariya allows a dual-motor configuration which sees the motor output shoot up to 290 kW, but bringing the overall range slightly down to approximately 310 miles.
