Alyssa Lausch in service is amazing!! I brought my vehicle in for a 20,000 mile service and she had them check everything on it. She even went over the 100 point inspection with me and explained everything great!!! I will defiantly be coming back here to have all of my vehicles serviced with Alyssa!!

please stay away from this dealer, liar's cheats, crooks, worst service dept. ever, spent $3400.00 to repair my truck had to have it towed home. looking for a good repair shop now, never do business with Mcneill again.

I have always bought Nissans and was a firm believer in their product. However, after this experience I will never buy another Nissan and the only recommendation that I will give anyone when it comes to McNeil Nissan is to run the other way.

Absolutely terrible place to buy a car from. They do bad business and lie. My experience is too horrible to write about. I now have a very disappointed 17 almost 18 year old and wasted my time and money. Now need to cancel loan I had out on a car. Do NOT do business here

I stopped in for just an oil change, but the team did more than that. Thank you for taking the time to really look at my car and notice damage and a leak that could have been detrimental if not caught. I'm almost at my 60k warranty and the upcoming repair is still covered by the warranty. Thank you for taking care of me and my car, especially since another dealership I recently visited did not catch this issue ahead of time. I am now a permanent customer while living in the high country.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to represent the AMAZING service I received. I bought a used Altima from another dealer and less than 48 hours later, it started making an unpleasant noise up front. I called McNeill Nissan to ask the service department about the noise and spoke with Service Manager Jason Bumgarner. I have a very bad experience with this dealer. They are the worst dealer i ever visited.I went to buy a new car and the priced was fixed and got the confirmation Email from there internet manager after i went there the internet manager didn't even came to me and talk about the vehicle and some other guy came in and changed the price. I was totally disappointed with there behavior and they way they treat the customer. Guys please beware while approaching this dealer they are not professionals.

Bought a new rogue went in looked around got waited on quickly mark answered all my questions and I left. Got a nice follow up call the next day and then an email that contained additional information (brochures) and pictures of the rogue I was interested in. Came back in worked out a great price and bought it!

The General Manager, Alex Barletta is awful. I came in there late one afternoon with a bad situation. Basically my car was beyond repair or at least that's what they told me. After haggling for hours, I finally left around 10 pm with a new used truck. The young man whom sold me the truck was nice enough and very helpful but his manager, Alex, I didn't like from the very beginning. He is your typical, pushy, in-your-face salesman but I had to deal with him.

As long as I have ever traded traded cars, I have never had this happen to me. After talking to Mark taking a test drive and then let the haggling begin, which as a potential buyer, for me is fun! Signed paperwork for new car. Was told rebate would cover complete down payment. 45 days after buying car (old car paid off by dealership, and made first car payment on new car)the dealership called us saying we owed them a lot more money.
