The resource below will discuss the major differences and similarities between the 2020 Nissan Rogue and the 2019 Nissan Rogue SUV.

Nissan Rogue Exterior and Interior Features

The biggest differences between the 2019 Rogue and the 2020 Rogue are slight aesthetic changes and new standard features. Both of these mid-sized SUV’s provide an incomparable design that makes all heads turn. In fact, the biggest competitor to the 2019 Rogue is the 2020 Rogue. Both year models come with a massive amount of cargo space and both provide state of the art interior and exterior technology which does include safety technology.

The 2019 model introduces several additional “standard” driver-assist features, all of which also are present in the 2020 Rogue models. When comparing the 2020 Nissan Rogue to the 2019 Nissan Rogue, you will see that the 2020 includes all the features of the 2019 and more! There is very little price difference between the 2019 and 2020, however the 2020 Rogue provides a larger array of options for both the exterior and interior. The 2019 and 2020 both have the same choices of material for the interior, however you will find that the 2020 comes with more updated and refreshed design and choices to where the material will go (e.g. will the steering wheel be leatherette, leather, or something else).

Nissan Rogue Performance Specs

The 2019 and 2020 Rogue’s are stocked with a 2.0 liter, 4-cylinder engine pulling in a guaranteed 170 horsepower that spoils you with 26 mile per gallon in city and 33 miles per gallon on highway. The 2019 Rogue hybrid series can rack in a combined 176 horsepower between the electric motor and the 2.0 4-cylinder engine. Starting in the 2019 models and now more available in the standard models of the 2020 Rogue comes emergency rear braking, optimizable suspension, and Nissan’s most advanced technology that makes the car feel more comfortable than riding on a cloud during your average cruise.

Is the 2020 Nissan Rogue Better Than The 2019 Nissan Rogue?

The 2020 Rogue is just about the same price as the 2019 Rogue is, however it provides you with a new and improved look as well as more choices and options to the interior and exterior. The biggest difference is that the 2020 model in any trim is likely to come with more standard/luxurious features than the 2019 Rogue would. To summarize the differences, the standard 2020 model is like a premium 2019 model, however it is more cost affordable to get a standard 2020 Rogue than it is to get a premium 2019 Rogue that would come with the same feature, but different look. The 2020 Nissan Rogue is Nissan’s way of giving their customers more bang for their buck!
