They are both small and feisty with plenty of style. The Nissan Versa has much to boast, starting with a roomie interior and comfortable back seat, and continuing on to easy and fun handling. While the 2017 Ford Fiesta has a somewhat smaller back seat and a transmission that has been described as quirky. Quirky is a fun quality in librarians or great aunts, but less desirable in the fundamental workings of your vehicle.  

The 2017 Nissa Versa is largely unchanged from the 2016 model. It still offers a backseat that easily accommodates adults and a low base price. It is great value for the money. Advantages of the 2017 Nissan Versa

The 2017 Nissan Versa is versatile, economical and oh-so-fun-to-drive. It is available in 5 trim levels including the SV special edition that comes standard with a rearview monitor. There is also a hatchback version of this vehicle called the Nissan Versa Note. The entry level 2017 Nissan Versa is basic in that the seats are cloth and the locks and windows are not automatic, they are still manual. However, the 2017 Nissan Versa entry level trim does have BlueTooth. The SV special edition trim has a leather wrapped steering wheel, exterior chrome trim, and a standard rearview camera. It also has hands-free calling and texting.
